Lance installed light fixtures, recessed lighting and track lighting for me. He’s very professional, punctual and does good work. His professionalism is a breath of fresh air. He came when he said he would be there. And he did what he said he was going to do. I will definitely use him again. He came highly recommended by a friend and the fact he is licensed is a plus for me. He had to take a few days to do what we needed to do and he kept me informed on what was going on, giving us options as he worked. I highly recommend him!

He’s a great electrician! I’m a plumber and have known him for a long time. I own a building in Century City and he does all the maintenance.
