Julio gives a fair estimate and delivers top-quality work. His work is wonderful. He goes above and beyond expectations. He has done a number of jobs inside our 1924 Spanish-style home with plaster walls. He repairs cracks so they do not reappear, and his paint jobs are great. In another room he had to remove wallpaper, then refinish and paint the walls. Julio is very responsive. He always answers his phone and if I ever do have to leave a message, he gets back to me promptly. If I would want to change anything about Majestic Painting, I would want Julio to clone himself so I could get him whenever I want him. But I am always happy for him to have so much business. What makes Julio so special at what he does is that he has an extraordinary feel for prepping and a remarkable technique. He is an outstanding painter.
