Miso Full is now our house caterer here at the parish. She has catered events from 15 people to a 120-person luncheon. Her food is terrific and she provides good value for her service. Charisse is sensitive and accommodating to our budget and our simple food preferences. She creatively utilizes the resources we have available. Our parish members are very happy with Miso Full.

I do catering for overtime employees and we feed from 50 to 300 people a night. When we hired Charisse the first time, she was very together and on top of it all, which meant no worries for me. She is always on time, thoroughly cleans up and her staff is helpful, friendly and professional. She mixes up the menus and the food always looks beautiful, tastes great and is healthy. We cater to 700 artists and they are very into tasty, healthy food. Charisse is accommodating to all tastes, including the vegans and the vegetarians. She will make a vegetarian main dish that even the meat-eaters love! We have a bare-bones budget and presentation around here. Charisse is so easy to work with and so accommodating. We spend between $10 and $12 a plate and Miso Full offers up a great variety of fresh, interesting food on our budget. A real gourmet spread! She asks the employees what they do and don’t like so she can tailor future meals. This is not always such glamorous work and Charisse is always enthusiastic, willing to work and approachable. You can tell I’m a big fan of hers.

I met Charisse a few years ago when she worked for my daughter. She has catered both family and business events for me. She takes care of the bar, the food, and the servers for our board meetings. I found Miso Full in the neighbor2neighbor directory. Charisse is just amazing! Charisse catered a party for me where I invited both adults and kids. There were many considerations, from small children and their parents, to gluten-free and other allergy issues. Charisse came up with a thoughtful, awesome menu. The presentation was gorgeous and everything was so organized. I didn’t do a thing. The price was reasonable and fair. She made the party feel uncomplicated. She is friendly, professional and easy to work with. I got so much more for my money than I could have imagined.

Charisse is amazing. I own a venue in San Francisco called the White Palace. We do overnight rentals and events up to 150 people—wedding parties and that sort of thing. Charisse came early to take inventory and then got set up with her staff for a party of 100. She was impressive. She wore her chef’s outfit and her staff was terrific and dressed really well. The guests raved about the food. According to the bride everyone was so happy. The best part for us was that Charisse left the event space completely clean and organized. When a caterer doesn’t clean up we have to charge the guest for the housekeeping fee, but she really took great care of the space. MisoFull is now on our recommended caterer list!

We recently hosted an event in San Francisco and Charisse took the time to fly up to the city to meet with me and brainstorm in the event space. She obviously really cared about the success of event. I was impressed with her prompt response to my initial contact, her professionalism, her organization and her flexibility. She made the process so easy, I did not even consider checking out any other caterer. She is very detail oriented, open minded and on top of everything. She streamlined the process with no hitches. I did not even have to think about what Charisse was taking care of. She came up with fun creative ideas and went out of her way for us. For instance, our school mascot is a bee; Charisse found sugared-bee cake toppers for the one of the desserts. I’m a foodie myself so I appreciate Miso Full’s expansive, top-notch menu and flexibility to customize.

Charisse sets up and serves dinner after-hours for our employees three times a week, from 35 to 80 people. She is punctual, pleasant and has great desserts! She sends me a weekly menu to choose from and sometimes has sample events, where she offers cakes, teas and sandwiches to taste. She is worth more money because of the higher quality of food she serves and the service she provides. Other caterers serve steak and potatoes, where Charisse also offers Indian, Chinese, Mexican, Italian and healthy-food cuisine. She always asks for input, to be sure we are getting what we want. We keep in touch by email, and she is a very nice person.

I used to work with Charisse at SONY and cooking has always been her dream. She has since then provided lunches on numerous occasions, some at Mattel and Marvel. One of her strongest points is that, even if the order is only for sandwiches, she brings a wide, interesting, phenomenal variety. Her timing and customer service is always impeccable and her incredible personality shows through it all. She shows up as a business person first, professional and respectful. She is very much on top of the business side of it. My clients RAVE about her service, presentation and food. I have also had her cater some personal parties at my home. Sometimes she does the serving and sometimes she delivers prepared food in warmers, with clear instructions as to how to heat them up. For the food and service provided, her pricing baffles me! From the appetizer to the dessert, her presentation is impressively unbelievable. Miso Full offers basic food but also out of the box selections and always with a smile. I like it, too that I am always dealing with the point person. Charisse is flexible. I feel we have open conversation and collaboration. Her ego just does not enter into the deal.
