I have used Mr. Handyman now for about five years. They help with all the little things around the house that I am unable to take care of myself. They will even change light bulbs! Their workers are nice, neat, super-friendly, always on time and always clean up after themselves. The last time I called I had a list of five things to do and then when they came out I thought of five more things. One job had to do with something electrical and the man who came out wasn’t too sure how to deal with it so he called a co-worker to come out to assist him. I really appreciated that he didn’t just try to do it himself and not do it right. They even had to do some unexpected painting. And they had everything they needed on the truck! Incredible! Then the office called the next day to follow up to be sure I was happy with everything. It is always a terrific experience dealing with Mr. Handyman. Their prices are more than reasonable for what they do and they offer specials, too. They even fixed my drapes. He pulled out a needle and thread and fixed something so that my drapes move smoothly on the track. All the guys that have come out have been exceptional and know how to do a wide variety of jobs. Mr. Handyman is such a great idea, so unusual! They cover all the bases!

I have been using Mr. Handyman for close to ten years now. I do a lot of preventative maintenance on my home and use them about once per quarter. I use them for work that I want to be done well, but do not want to hire a contractor for, from light electrical and plumbing work to unusual things. For instance, they put together the equipment in my husband’s home gym. I make a list when they come and they tweak and tighten whatever needs to be attended to. I have never needed them to follow up on any job, as they always complete it correctly when they are here. I was introduced to Mr. Handyman when I received a gift certificate in a gift basket. They are fantastic! I have used them for years. They do both small and huge jobs. They replaced two thresholds to doors that opened onto a deck. Water was coming into the house and they created a drainage system and refinished the water-damaged doors. I request the same guy and he knows my family, my house—even my dog! When he came out to work on the thresholds, he pointed out that the stain on the deck, that he had previously painted, did not seem to be adhering well. He said we had a one-year warranty and he came back out, used a different product and refinished it! Mr. Handyman is honest, above-board, employs meticulous craftsmen and their prices are very fair. He cleans up after himself impeccably. When he leaves the place is spotless. This is a company that I trust to do a great job and to guarantee their work. They really work FOR me! Mr. Handyman is always efficient, friendly and always on time. We have asked for the same man each time. He has done a lot of things for us and we like having him in our home. For example, in the kitchen he removed the fluorescent lights that hung down from the ceiling and installed recessed lighting. The revamped kitchen looks a lot better and a lot bigger. We have a two level deck with a railing around it that was dilapidated. Mr. Handyman came out and rebuilt the rail with a material that won’t deteriorate. He did a beautiful job! He has also done a number of small jobs, like tightening doorknobs and firming things up. Mr. Handyman is always able to do whatever we ask.
