We have two facilities, and Emilio has worked on both sites, in Hollywood and Chatsworth. He did some ductwork and worked on a swamp cooler for us. He was well-mannered, professional and neat. He had to work while we were operating, and he was very efficient and safety conscious working around our employees. His bids are professional and lower than some others. We get more for what he bids. It sounds like I’ve known him for years, but I barely just met the guy! He stood out to me because he knew what he was talking about, he gave me options and he worked within my budget. He stood by his bid.
