I called 24/7 and they have been GREAT. Came diagnosed and fixed the A/C all in 30 min, and affordable. Mike the technician was super nice and clearly knew what he was doing. I called them again a week later as I also encountered a small problem with my dual range and again, Mike has been great and it will be fixed tomorrow. THANK YOU for the recommendation! I always needed a reliable trustworthy service for appliances etc and will definitely stick with them from now on - so thanks again!

I highly recommend 247 Appliance Repair. Sarkis, one of the owners, fixed my AC, refrigerator, and range at very reasonable cost. He went out of his way to come when he wasn't scheduled on a Saturday, so I wouldn't be without AC in a heat spell. When I paid him to replace a part on my leaking water heater, and it continued to leak, he returned my money (!!!) and sent a plumber.

I had an emergency dishwasher problem on a Friday night. The cleaning woman had been at the house five hours earlier and when I walked into the kitchen the granite countertop was orange with heat. The heating element in the dishwasher had not turned off. I Googled ‘emergency appliance repair’ and Sarkis’ 24-7 USA popped up. He showed up in less than 30 minutes with a friendly helper. They could not have been nicer. He immediately knew what was wrong, unplugged the dishwasher and ordered the part. It is a European dishwasher and he said he only orders parts specific to the appliance he is working on. The part came and he installed it within the week. At one point I had to leave for a while; I left them alone in the house and had no problem with it. Sarkis is lovely, soft spoken, clean and neat, as was his helper. His price was more than fair, considering he came out on a Friday night. I will definitely use 24-7 USA again!

I called 24/7 USA Appliance when my refrigerator stopped working on a Sunday morning. I called many companies and left messages, but Sarkis answered his phone. He said that he didn’t charge for weekend service or for estimates, and that he could have someone there in a couple of hours. Suren showed up on time. The fridge needed a part and he got it the next day by noon. Sarkis always returned my calls promptly and they figured out what the problem was. And it was reasonable!

My dryer was making bad noises and seemed to be dying. I gave Sarkis a call and he came out quickly, was friendly and fixed the dryer for a small price. I couldn’t believe it. He ordered inexpensive parts that were made specifically for the machine, and came back the next day and it was done. The service was better than I could have imagined. And on top of it, Sarkis is a very nice man! If anything else breaks at my place (as it is sure to do), there is nobody else I would consider calling. These guys are gold!
