Air Pros was referred to me by a good friend. They are reliable and dependable. Nissim is very knowledgeable. When he came out to the site, he assessed the situation and knew exactly what we needed. He gave us several detailed options with prices and told what each choice entailed, including how long it would take. He didn’t try to sell me a whole new system. He told me how to repair the current system, saving me lots of money. When I decided which option I wanted, they came out promptly to do the job. They maintain our current units and have installed new units for some of our condo owners. They also did some boiler work for us when we were between boiler companies. When I responded to an Air Pros ad, they were the third HVAC company I had investigated. The first company was just plain flakey. The second company gave me a scribbled, handwritten, totally unprofessional estimate and then never called me back. When Air Pros came out, I was amazed at the thorough inspection they did at my house. Then the worker asked if his boss could come out to take a look. This was all before they had given me an estimate or I had made any commitment to them. The owner gave an even more detailed inspection. All very impressive! The bid was a professional, formal, line item-by-line item estimate, very clear and concise.

When they did the work, they put on paper booties and spread blankets on the floor so they wouldn’t soil my white carpets. Other HVAC companies had told me that, because I had an older home, I was going to have to replace the electrical box. Air Pros added breakers and instead of a $3000 addition to my bill, the job continued smoothly. They could have “sold” the electrical box change because I did not know better. I trust them and appreciate their knowledge and expertise.

When it came time for the inspection, I was a little concerned if the breakers would pass the inspection, but the electrical inspector said it was done fine and passed it in a minute. When the mechanical inspector came out, he saw that it was Air Pros who did the work and passed it all in another minute because he said he was familiar with their work. I have nothing but good things to say about Air Pros.

I got a flier in the mail a couple of years ago from Air Pros. Last year my air unit went out so I called them. When they came out to inspect my house, they gave me an estimate with some choices. The whole project took about three days. I live in a condo complex in the San Fernando Valley and they worked in a very tight space on my HVAC unit. They had an intricate wiring job to do in my place, too. Air Pros did a magnificent, thorough job for me. I was amazed and pleased with their workmanship. The owner came by during the work to check on the progress. I purchased a maintenance agreement so they come out once in the fall and once in the spring to make sure everything is clean and working correctly. I got good value for my dollar and they saved me money in the long-term. I highly recommend Air Pros.
