I had interviewed several builders to refurbish our 1926 four-unit apartment complex and none seemed to be a good match for one reason or another. We didn’t have architectural plans and needed to address issues as they arose. We were on a tight budget as the complex is in a rent-control district of Los Angeles. I read about Tal in the neighbor2neighbor booklet and thought “why not?” From the start, Tal seemed honest and caring and was a “can do” kind-of-person. Throughout the process, Tal continued to be attentive and personable. Although the project took a bit longer than I had anticipated, we stayed on budget and are very pleased with the end result. He is representative of his staff and crew, who are also a kind and trusting group. The project turned out more beautiful than I had imagined and he is now assisting our tenants on their “move in” requests. His follow-up has been excellent. I recommended him to my neighbors and he is now building their two-story home on my street! They, too, interviewed several builders and felt Tal was their best choice. It was true what I read about Tal in neighbor2neighbor. He really does pick up the phone!

We did a partial remodel with Sharp Builders. We were out of town, so it was great that they could handle everything from design to finish with one point person overseeing everything. They did a great job. Their architect, crews, subs, everyone. Tal was good at keeping it on schedule and on budget. If something unexpected happened, Tal would take care of it. I recommend these guys. My sister-in-law is using them now.
